Damascus, Maryland – The xxavvGroup GLOBAL Workforce (xG-WF) is proud to introduce the Correct Guidance Act (CGA24), a policy aimed at enhancing employee preparedness and efficiency across all subsidiaries. Effective immediately, CGA24 establishes a framework for pre-employment knowledge testing and role-specific training.

The CGA24 policy reflects xxavvGroup’s commitment to fostering a knowledgeable, confident, and highly skilled workforce. Under this policy:
Knowledge Testing: All employees will complete a pre-employment knowledge test to evaluate their familiarity with the responsibilities and guidelines of their role.
Mandatory Training: Employees will undergo role-specific training tailored to their job duties and the subsidiary's operational policies.
Certification of Readiness: Employees will receive certification upon successful completion of the knowledge test and training, ensuring they are fully prepared before starting their position.

This policy will streamline onboarding processes and minimize errors, promoting a cohesive understanding of xxavvGroup's values and expectations. While CGA24 applies to all new hires and transfers, existing employees will also undergo phased compliance assessments beginning January 2025 to ensure alignment with updated guidelines.
