Effective immediately, CGA24 establishes a framework for pre-employment knowledge testing and role-specific training.

The CGA24 policy reflects xxavvGroup’s commitment to fostering a knowledgeable, confident, and highly skilled workforce. Under this policy:

• Knowledge Testing: All employees will complete a pre-employment knowledge test to evaluate their familiarity with the responsibilities and guidelines of their role.

• Mandatory Training: Employees will undergo role-specific training tailored to their job duties and the subsidiary's operational policies.

• Certification of Readiness: Employees will receive certification upon successful completion of the knowledge test and training, ensuring they are fully prepared before starting their position.
