Employment Regulations and Guidelines (EGR)

The following regulations and guidelines are specific to xxavvGroup GLOBAL and help ensure our work culture remains positive, efficient, and aligned with our company values.
1. Professional Conduct

Respect: Treat colleagues, managers, and clients with respect. Discriminatory, harassing, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels. Respond to messages and emails promptly, especially when collaborating on time-sensitive projects.

2. Work Schedule and Attendance

Flexible Hours: While our positions offer flexibility, employees are expected to work within their scheduled hours when assignments are active. Remote employees should communicate their availability, especially if working across time zones.

Availability for Meetings: Employees must attend all mandatory meetings and check-ins scheduled during their work hours.

Timeliness: Complete tasks and meet deadlines as outlined by your manager or project lead. If you’re unable to meet a deadline, notify your manager as early as possible.
3. Workplace Security and Confidentiality

Data Privacy: Safeguard any confidential information related to xxavvGroup GLOBAL, including client data, proprietary content, and internal communications.

Intellectual Property: All work created during employment is the intellectual property of xxavvGroup GLOBAL. Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of this content outside of company-approved channels is strictly prohibited.

Account Security: Protect access to all xxavvGroup systems and applications by using secure passwords. Do not share passwords or logins with unauthorized personnel.
4. Performance and Accountability

Commitment to Quality: Ensure that your work meets the standards set by xxavvGroup GLOBAL. Strive to deliver high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsiveness: Employees are expected to respond to communications within 24 hours (during business days) unless otherwise noted.

Feedback and Improvement: Take feedback constructively and actively work toward improvement. Regular reviews and performance discussions are part of xxavvGroup GLOBAL’s growth-oriented approach.
5. Attendance and Leave Policy

Sick Leave and Absence: Notify your supervisor promptly if you are unable to work due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Paid and Unpaid Leave: Leave requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance (except for emergencies) and are subject to approval based on project requirements and staffing.

Leave Tracking: All leave and absences are tracked to ensure accurate reporting and team coordination.
7. Health, Safety, and Well-being

Mental Health Resources: xxavvGroup GLOBAL offers access to mental health and wellness resources. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of these services as needed.

Workspace Ergonomics: As a remote-first company, ensure your workspace is safe and ergonomically sound to minimize strain or injury.

Breaks and Rest Periods: Take regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being. xxavvGroup GLOBAL supports reasonable rest periods, and employees should aim to take breaks every 2-3 hours.
8. Compliance and Reporting

Compliance with Laws: Employees must adhere to all relevant employment and labor laws in their region.

Code of Conduct Violations: Violations of any policies or regulations are subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, or termination.

Reporting: If you encounter or witness a breach of company policies, please report it to HR immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially.
9. Termination and Resignation

Notice Period: A 10-business-day notice is required for employees who wish to resign. This allows for proper transition and handover of tasks.

Exit Interviews: All departing employees are encouraged to participate in an exit interview to provide feedback on their experience at xxavvGroup GLOBAL.

Final Payments: Final payments will be processed within the agreed schedule, provided all company property and data have been returned.
10. Additional Terms for the Contractless Model

Agreement to Guidelines: By accepting employment with xxavvGroup GLOBAL, employees acknowledge and agree to adhere to these guidelines as if they were contractual obligations.

Work Assignments: While employment is flexible, employees are expected to fulfill assignments promptly and professionally. Lack of adherence to these guidelines may result in limited assignment offerings or further disciplinary action.

Termination of Work Relationship: Employees have the flexibility to terminate their role by providing the required notice. Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to immediate termination.
