Our Contractless Employment Model
In October 2024, xxavvGroup GLOBAL transitioned to a contractless employment model. While we no longer require formal contracts, every employee who accepts an offer agrees to adhere to all employment rules and regulations upon clicking “Accept.” This streamlined approach offers greater flexibility, and our work assignments are designed to be manageable and enjoyable.
Please note that while you may have scheduled days, you likely won’t be expected to work every day if there’s no active assignment, keeping your workload balanced and allowing you to enjoy a fulfilling work-life dynamic.

The xxavvGroup Application Process
We want to make sure joining xxavvGroup GLOBAL is a smooth, welcoming experience. Here’s an overview of our straightforward application process:
Application Submission
Complete our online application form, providing relevant experience, samples of your work, and your motivation for joining xxavvGroup. No video submissions required!
Application Review
We review applications Monday through Wednesday from 3 PM to 7 PM. Processing takes between 1-8 business days, depending on the number of applications. This is done remotely, with no in-person steps involved, so it’s efficient and convenient.
Follow-Up Interview
For selected candidates, a follow-up interview may be requested. This typically occurs over text and is scheduled on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays. Most of the time, we won’t require a voice or video interview unless there’s a rare case needing verification. We value your time and aim to keep the process friendly and straightforward.
Acceptance and Onboarding
If you’re offered a position, you’ll have three business days to accept. Upon acceptance, you automatically agree to our employment rules and regulations, as outlined in our Employment Standards. You’ll receive details on your role, guidelines, and access to our support network to help you get started.
